What is a Namespace?
A Namespace in AnyDesk defines the domain of an Alias - the portion that appears after the @. For example, in the alias john@company, @company is the namespace.
Namespaces serve two key purposes:
- Device identification: They help ensure precise and unique identification of devices.
- Access control: They can restrict Remote Access to only trusted devices within the same namespace, enhancing security.
