Interactive access

Users can configure when incoming connection requests that require manual acceptance or rejection are displayed.

These settings are available under Settings > Access > Interactive Access.

There are three configuration options for handling incoming requests:

• Always allow – Incoming requests are always displayed for manual acceptance or rejection.
• Allow only if AnyDesk window is open – Requests are only shown when the AnyDesk application is actively open on the device.
• Disable – Incoming requests are never displayed.

💡 NOTE

If Never show incoming session requests is enabled, the device can only be accessed using Unattended Access.
