How to Resolve AnyDesk Commercial Use Detection Issues and Sync Licenses for Remote Connections
After using AnyDesk Free and being detected as commercial use, it is possible that the notice of multiple connections or limited connection time will not be immediately removed after applying a paid license.
We recommend waiting for about 30 minutes after applying the new license for the AnyDesk licensing systems to synchronize, then check if the problem persists. It is also possible to restart the device after 30 minutes and validate again.
If the problem persists, contact the AnyDesk partner who sold your license to request technical support.
