Cause

This error occurs when the number of address books or address book entries exceeds the limit allowed by your current license. Below are the standard limits for each tier:

• Solo: Up to 100 entries in the personal address book. No company address books.
• Standard: Unlimited personal entries. Up to 5 company address books.
• Advanced: Unlimited personal entries. Up to 15 company address books.
