Sign in to your account
You can sign in to your AnyDesk account in both the AnyDesk client and the my.anydesk management console.
- AnyDesk client - access all features included in your license.
- my.anydesk console - view connected devices, client details, and manage your account settings.
If you have a Free, Solo, Standard, or Advanced license, sign in using the credentials associated with your account.
If you have an Ultimate (Cloud) license, sign in using Sign Sign-On (SSO) using the organization’s ID.

Sign in to your account using credentials
In the AnyDesk client
- Open the AnyDesk client and in the upper-right corner, click Â
.account button-1 - In the pop-up window, provide your Email and Password.
- Click Sign in.
In my.anydesk
- Go to my.anydesk II.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Click Sign In.
Sign in to your account using Single Sign-On (SSO)
In the AnyDesk client
- Open the AnyDesk client and click the account icon.
- Click Single Sign-On.
- In the Organization field, enter your organization ID and click Next.
- Provide your credentials in the organization’s login page.
In my.anydesk
- Go to my.anydesk II and click Single Sign-On.
- Enter your Organization Name and click Continue.
- Complete the sign-in on your organization’s specialized login page.
Sign in using multifactor authentication (MFA)
If MFA is enabled, after entering your credentials, you will be prompted to enter a one-time code from your authenticator app.
