You can sign in to your AnyDesk account in both the AnyDesk client and the my.anydesk management console.

  • AnyDesk client - access all features included in your license.
  • my.anydesk console - view connected devices, client details, and manage your account settings.

If you have a Free, Solo, Standard, or Advanced license, sign in using the credentials associated with your account.

If you have an Ultimate (Cloud) license, sign in using Sign Sign-On (SSO) using the organization’s ID.

Sign in to your account using credentials

In the AnyDesk client

  1. Open the AnyDesk client and in the upper-right corner, click  
    account button-1

    .
  2. In the pop-up window, provide your Email and Password.
  3. Click Sign in.

In my.anydesk

  1. Go to my.anydesk II.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. Click Sign In.

Sign in to your account using Single Sign-On (SSO)

In the AnyDesk client

  1. Open the AnyDesk client and click the account icon.
  2. Click Single Sign-On.
  3. In the Organization field, enter your organization ID and click Next.
  4. Provide your credentials in the organization’s login page.

In my.anydesk

  1. Go to my.anydesk II and click Single Sign-On.
  2. Enter your Organization Name and click Continue.
  3. Complete the sign-in on your organization’s specialized login page.

Sign in using multifactor authentication (MFA)

If MFA is enabled, after entering your credentials, you will be prompted to enter a one-time code from your authenticator app.
