License expired
If you see an “Expired” message in your AnyDesk client, it means your current subscription term has ended or a trial period has concluded.
Solution: Assisted Renewal
To restore your service and avoid any technical or administrative errors, please use one of the following recommended paths:
- Contact Your Partner: Reach out to the authorized reseller who provided your initial license.
- Get Expert Help: Contact our team directly to process your renewal and verify if your current plan still meets your organization’s needs.
Once your renewal is processed through our team or your partner, simply click Refresh in your AnyDesk client to restore full functionality.

Legacy license users (Lite, Professional, Power) should always contact our team for renewal to ensure a seamless migration to current plan equivalents.
