- Licensing
- Offered in packages of 10 remote worker users.
- Each remote worker requires a license.
- Added as an add-on to any Standard, Advanced, or Ultimate contract.
- Only allows connection from the user’s device to the designated device within the company.
- Standard license allows adding up to 2 RW packages.
- Advanced license allows adding up to 10 RW packages.
- Ultimate license allows adding unlimited RW packages.

Client System Requirements
- Minimum system memory is 1GB.
- A dual-core processor and 2 GB of system memory with a graphics card capable of hardware acceleration are recommended.
- A graphics card compatible with Direct3D or at least DirectDraw with 32 MB or more of video memory is required.
- Single-core systems allow AnyDesk to automatically switch to lower quality rendering mode (16 bits per pixel) to preserve system resources.
- Enabling Aero desktop scheme (hardware composition) in Windows benefits AnyDesk.
- The Mirror driver on Windows Server and Windows XP provides a substantial performance boost in capture.

- Older versions of AnyDesk for macOS can be found on the website.
- ² For Linux-based devices, outgoing sessions are only supported when Wayland is used. Incoming sessions are only possible when using Xorg. Additionally, at this time, 64-bit Linux versions are the only ones supported.
- ³ CentOS 8 Stream is not supported. CentOS 8 Linux has reached its end of life and is no longer supported.
- ⁴ Only Raspbian/Raspberry Pi OS (32-bit) is supported. Raspberry Pi OS 11 “Bullseye” is not yet supported.
