In the 8.3.0 update for Android, several new features and enhancements have been introduced, making it a significant upgrade. In the 9.6.10 update for Windows, new functionalities have been added, such as the ability to search for a specific address book and a new panel in the Monitoring section to view alerts. User interface improvements have also been made to enhance the overall user experience.
